These Terms of Service govern your use of GuardX, its website and the related services provided by Cont 5F Sp. z o.o.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using GuardX, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. GuardX service
GuardX provides device-security and privacy tools, including scanning and protection features. The service is intended to help reduce risk; it does not guarantee that every threat, vulnerability or unwanted activity will be found or prevented.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when contacting support or making a purchase, maintain the security of your devices and accounts, and use GuardX only in accordance with applicable law. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass its security measures or use it to harm others.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Some GuardX features may require a paid plan. The price, billing period and renewal terms presented at checkout apply to your purchase. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with the instructions provided at purchase. Questions about a charge can be sent to our support team.
5. Intellectual property
GuardX, its website, branding, software and content are owned by or licensed to Cont 5F Sp. z o.o. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
GuardX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cont 5F Sp. z o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes and termination
We may update or discontinue parts of GuardX when reasonably necessary. We may suspend access where use violates these Terms or creates a security risk. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page.
